Some women are really busy that they don't have much time to spare for those facial treatments. To help those hands-on moms, career women, traveling gals and those that may be busy being lazy, we have come up with skin care routines that need minimal effort.
Clean your skin care closet. It is overwhelming to see a lot of products in your closet and can make you think that you don't have time to use all of them. Instead of wasting your minutes thinking where to start on those products, toss away some of the things you don't really need. Throw those expired items and keep the basics such as cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen.
Be familiar with your skin type. You might be a lot of products that your skin doesn't need. To identify what you really need, know your skin type first. You may approach the saleslady in the beauty counter or a dermatologist.
Have a simple morning beauty routine. A simple anti-aging morning routine includes a gentle cleanser, exfoliant, moisturizer with vitamin C and sunscreen that has high SPF.
Have a simple evening beauty routine. You can sleep right away after cleansing your face and applying a night serum. It won't take you more than 10 minutes to do it.
Use multipurpose products. If you think it is still time-consuming to follow the simple beauty routines, opt for multipurpose products. There are already brands that offer a face wash that cleanses and exfoliates your skin at the same time or a tinted moisturizer that already has sunscreen.
Eat healthy. If you don't want to use products on your face but wants to achieve a perfect skin, start eating healthy. A healthy diet leads to better skin so try to drink at least eight ounces of water a day and foods that are rich with omega and antioxidants such as red and green vegetables.
Don't wear makeup when traveling. Traveling a lot dehydrates the skin so it is better not to wear makeup so that it won't get worse. Also carry with you some cleansing wipes to moist the skin from time to time.
